The upper funding&nbsp;limit usually&nbsp;can also be found in the respective National Regulations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.APPLICATION PROCESS<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Proposals for STI projects must be&nbsp;submitted&nbsp;electronically via the PT-Outline Web Tool, accessible at:\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/ptoutline.eu\/app\/JFS25STI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>https:\/\/ptoutline.eu\/app\/JFS25STI<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>The proposal&nbsp;template (.word file) can be downloaded directly from the PT-Outline Web Tool.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Thai Project leaders must also&nbsp;submit&nbsp;the\u202f<strong>\u201cPMU-B Full Proposal\u201d<\/strong>\u202fvia NRIIS:\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/nriis.go.th\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>https:\/\/nriis.go.th<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Thai project leader must fill in the proposal details in the NRIIS system.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>For the budget section, please fill in the budget details that the Thai applicant will be requesting from PMU-B.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Thai project leader must attach&nbsp;documents ;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Full proposal:<\/strong>\u202fPMU-B Proposal Form (Both .docx and .pdf files)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Letter of Support (LOS):<\/strong>\u202fResearchers from each participating institution in Thailand must have a letter of support from their home institution, signed by an authorized representative of the institution\/organization (P.S. Please contact your institution for guidance on completing their LOS form)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Supporting Documents<\/strong>\u202fe.g.&nbsp;Thailand Project Leader CV, or Letters of support from Associated Partners (if any)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Any&nbsp;additional&nbsp;documents\u202f<\/strong>(if any)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.ELIGIBILITY AND FUNDING MODALITIES<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>The proposal\u202f<strong>must have<\/strong>\u202fthe researchers from Thailand\u202f<strong>at least 2 different institutes or universities\u202f<\/strong>to cooperate with.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Lead Applicants in Thailand\u202f<\/strong>must&nbsp;be;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Researchers and\/or university professors\/instructors (Thai<em>\/<\/em>Non-Thai researchers) who work in public\/non-profit organization research institute or university in Thailand and are competent in conducting research with international partners.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The project leader must hold a doctoral degree or equivalent,&nbsp;possess&nbsp;a record of high-quality research, and be employed at a higher education institution or government agency in Thailand.&nbsp;Additionally, neither the project leader nor any of the research team members may have been involved in any violation of research ethics.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A project leader is an individual with&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;who is affiliated with a government research unit or a higher education institution nationwide and has a research&nbsp;track record&nbsp;that&nbsp;demonstrates&nbsp;their practical knowledge and abilities.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The project leader should have publications in international academic journals as&nbsp;a Corresponding&nbsp;or First Author, with\u202f<strong>at least 5 publications in the past 5 years\u202f<\/strong>or as specified by PMU-B.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>The\u202f<strong>proposal topic\u202f<\/strong>must directly\u202f<strong>address the topic outlined in the call\u202f<\/strong>for proposals (PMU-B).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>The\u202f<strong>budget must stay within the specified limits.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.OBJECTIVE AND KEY RESULTS\/OKR 2523 \u2013 2527: N49 (S4P23)<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Objective<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/td><td><strong>Expected Output<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>O1 P23:\u202f<\/strong>Universities, research&nbsp;centres, government agencies, and private sector entities that collaborate with global or regional networks to produce research, technology, and innovation that&nbsp;benefits&nbsp;Thailand&nbsp;<\/td><td rowspan=\"3\">1.\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f<strong>Networks and consortia\u202f<\/strong>in the fields of science, research, and innovation&nbsp;established&nbsp;through the implementation of the project\u2014both domestic and international.&nbsp;2.\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f<strong>Personnel who have received advanced skills development\u202f<\/strong>through participation in science, research, and innovation (SRI) network partnerships, with a clear identification of the skills&nbsp;acquired&nbsp;in various areas.
