The National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), in collaboration with Srinakharinwirot University, invites applications for participation in the Trainer Development Program for the \u201cNew Researcher Development Course\u201d<\/strong> (organized by NRCT). This program targets new trainers as part of the project titled \u201cStudy on the Effectiveness of the Revised NRCT Researcher Development Curriculum (2024 Edition): Advanced Skills Trainers and Reskilling Trainers.\u201d<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eligibility Criteria:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Hold at least a Master’s degree or equivalent from a university accredited by the Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC), and <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Be registered in the NRIIS system, with verified national ID and endorsement by their affiliated institution, and <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Meet at least one of the following research qualifications: <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        3.1 Have received at least one research grant listed in the NRIIS\/ORIIS system as a principal investigator or project leader within the past 5 years; or <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        1. Possess a lifetime h-index of at least 3<\/strong> in the Scopus database; or <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. Have at least 3 publications<\/strong> indexed in Scopus; or <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. Have at least 5 publications<\/strong> indexed in the TCI Tier 1 database; or <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              1. Other qualifications as determined at the discretion of the NRCT. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
