The Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), in collaboration with the French government, is now accepting proposals for joint research projects under the Franco-Thai Cooperation Programme in Higher Education and Research / Franco-Thai Mobility Programme (PHC SIAM) for the fiscal years 2026–2027.
Interested applicants are invited to prepare eight sets of application documents (one original and seven copies), along with a cover letter from their affiliated higher education institution and submit them to the Office of the Permanent Secretary, MHESI, by Thursday, July 31, 2025.
