
On Friday, March 20, 2026, Professor Dr. Ruengpung Sutthent, Acting Deputy Secretary-General of the Chulabhorn Royal Academy, together with Associate Professor Dr. Danupol Nantajit, Director of the Bureau for Research and Innovation Management, Chulabhorn Royal Academy, and personnel from HRH Princess Chulabhorn College of Medical Science, participated in the handover of donated used calendars under the “Give Your Old Calendars a New Purpose” Project 2026.
This initiative aims to encourage staff participation in contributing to society. A total of more than 1,600 calendars, generously donated by Chulabhorn Royal Academy personnel, were presented to the Educational Technology Center for the Blind. The donation was officially received by Mrs. Chanidapa Phetcharak, Director of the Educational Technology for the Blind Center, to be utilized in producing learning materials for individuals with visual impairments, thereby enhancing their access to educational opportunities.
The handover took place at the Educational Technology Center for the Blind, under the Foundation for the Blind in Thailand under the Royal Patronage of Her Majesty the Queen, located in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province. On this occasion, participants also visited and observed the production of Braille learning materials.
